NDC has an excellent relationship with the City of Toronto. Working together, we strive to keep our water and beaches clean. Garbage, flotsam and jetsam that wash up on the beach are always handled in the proper manner. If you have a beachfront clean-up initiative you need assistance with let us know, we’ve got boats, equipment, people and the experience to help do what’s right.
NDC shares the facilities of the historic Sunnyside Pavillion with the City of Toronto's Gus Ryder Pool. Plenty of lockers, large showers and washrooms at the facility easily accommodate the hundreds of paddlers that train with us every week.
The Inner City Outtripping Centre, is a City of Toronto Parks & Recreation initiative that allows youth the opportunity to experience paddling and wilderness trips. NDC is proud to add to their experience by supplying dragonboats, paddles, lifejackets and expert coaching for ICOC programming. For more information on the ICOC including how to get involved, visit their website http://innercityouttripping.blogspot.com |

Located within Sunnyside Pavillion is The Sunnyside Cafe. Beautifully situated along the boardwalk on the south side of the building, the cafe is conveniently located steps from our docks. As a thank you to our athletes, the cafe offers both food and beverage specials both before and after practice. A wood-fired pizza oven and heated patios keep spectators warm on brisk evenings, while a large covered space with a view second to none is always an inviting venue.

The Boulevard Club is Toronto's ONLY waterfront private sports, recreation and family club. The beautiful lakeside setting is only minutes from downtown, yet beautifully removed from the stress of city life.
The Boulevard Club has happily hosted the National Dragonboat Club and provided moorings for our dragonboats for the past 10 years. We continually work together to host various private events and encourage comraderie and sportsmanship on the water.
