No other group activity requires as much coordination and teamwork as a session in the dragonboats.
The bigger the group the better, more teams means more competition and more fun! Within a 90 minute session we’ll make sure everyone understands their role in the boat, learns technique and how to work together efficiently. Once everyone is ready, the start gun will go and we’ll be racing! Each team has their own coach, strategy, and secret weapon. Winner takes ALL!

National Dragonboat Club's Leadership Team Building Program has two venues: Sunnyside Beach Pavilion and the Boulevard Club. Both are minutes from downtown and beautifully situated on the protected shores of the Humber Bay.
